Lightweight, soft, and all natural. The beauty of using a wool comforter for baby is in the temperature regulating and moisture wicking properties of this natural fiber. This lightweight blanket provides your little one just the right amount of cool in the summer and warmth in winter. Designed and handcrafted for comfort, warmth, and coziness, our crib comforter is made from domestically sourced premium eco wool encased in an organic cotton sateen shell. Hand-tufting ensures the wool batting stays in place.
Why Choose Holy Lamb Organics :
Holy lamb is a small manufacturing company based near Olympia, Washington. Currently, they have 15 employees skilled in hand crafting their products. Their bedding is made from the highest quality natural cotton and wool. These raw materials are from the local area and are fully stainable. The company is committed to maintaining a low carbon footprint by using production methods creating zero waste of materials and byproducts. Green building practices are also a high priority in their mission to create high-quality products at a good value.
Care Instructions for Holy Lamb Organics Comforters :
It is recommended that you use the natural cleansing properties of the sun to refresh your bedding. Air the comforter in the sun a few times a year to disinfect and deodorize the material. Another helpful tip is to open up the bedding for a few minutes before making up the bed. This allows any extra moisture or odors to escape before dressing the bed. Protect your comforter from wear by enclosing it in a 100% cotton duvet.
Washing Instructions for Holy Lamb Organics Comforters:
It isn’t necessary to wash the comforter before use since it is chemical and scent free, unless, that is your personal preference. The comforters can be washed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You can spot clean using cultured enzyme products often found in health food stores or the specialty sections of grocery stores. Dry cleaning is not recommended because of the harsh chemicals used in the process.
